復興航空今天召開董事會，興航今天傍晚發布聲明，董事會已通過資遣員工權益事項提案，將依照大量解僱勞工保護法作為員工資遣費的給付依據。
復興航空晚間發佈聲明稿，董事會今天通過針對資遣員工權益事項提案，同意依照「大量解僱勞工保護法」給付員工資遣費，將以大幅優於以勞基法計之基準發放，金額超出勞基法所定達新台幣二億六○○○餘萬元。
復興航空表示，董事會自十一月二十二日決議公司進行解散至今，針對員工薪資及資遣費所信託的六億元專戶，已在勞動部及市府勞動局的指導下啟動，並按三梯次分批資遣。依照復興航空規劃，第一批於十二月二日資遣，其資遣費已於十六日匯入薪資帳戶；第二批於十二月十二日資遣，資遣費也將於二十六日匯入。
